| 1. Marketing Analyst | |
| Job Description: FSP Group USA Corp. is seeking for a motivated and pro-active individual who will play a critical role in developing and executing plans to help the marketing & sales team exceed revenue targets. This position requires working with minimal guidance in a multi-national organization to perform product, sales and marketing analyses, provide weekly and monthly business reports, manage and optimize testing and targeting efforts, recommend enhancements for client experience, and create insights that drive the business forward. | Responsible for data analyses and prepare business reports and promotional materials | |
| Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing market research, internal business activity, and competitive intelligence | |
| Gather and analyze data on competitors and to analyze prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distributions | |
| Evaluate existing and potential product markets and define market requirements, product specifications and cost targets, and provide recommendations to management | |
| Stay current on marketing trends, research and evaluate market opportunities and consumer behavior | |
| Examine and analyze statistical data and report on the past sales to predict future sales | |
| Requirements: | |
| Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related | |
| Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources | |
| Knowledge of integrated marketing and customer relationship disciplines a significant plus | |
Strong creative/innovative side as well as grounded analytical approach | |
Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills | |

| 2. Inside Sales Account Executive | |
| Job Description: FSP Group USA Corp. is seeking for a motivated and pro-active individual to become an additional member to our Inside Sales Team. The Sales Executive will have a great opportunity to grow as he/she establishes new accounts and maintain existing accounts with an emphasis to meet company’s annual comprehensive sales target. The main duties and responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to: | |
| A Continuous research and learning on company’s new products and existing products in order to be able to efficiently answer prospective/existing customers’ product inquiries | |
| Execute a routine customer and product market research to obtain prospective customers and to better understand the niche of company’s products | |
| Maintain customer relations with existing customers and establish a relationship with prospective customers | |
| Prepare quotations to customers according to product pricing policies and occasional proposal letters | |
| Follow-ups with prospective and existing customers in timely manner regarding all quotation requests and potential/on-going projects | |
| Desired Skills & Experience: | |
| At least one-year experience in proven sales history of meeting previous target(s) | |
| Familiarity with electronics industry is preferred but not required | |
| Excellent interpersonal and communication skill which will be reflected in aggressive but effective selling etiquettes | |
| An adept knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) | |
| Superior writing skills | |

| 3. Sales Assistant | |
| Job Description: FSP Group USA Corp. is seeking for a driven individual to assist our inside sales-team to maintain existing accounts and to obtain new accounts in order to achieve company’s comprehensive annual sales target. This individual will have a lot of growth opportunities as he/she strive to be a potential candidate for an Inside Sales Account Executive. This position will train the sales assistant about our company’s products and its market niche, how to prepare quotations according to company’s pricing policies to prospective and existing customers, as well as to correspond to customers’ product inquiries. | Perform routine market research to look for prospective customers to be reported to the Sales Manager | |
| Participate in product trainings through different outlets in order to better understand the company’s products | |
| Support the administrative needs of the sales-team in processing incoming purchase-orders | |
| Assist sales-team in answering product inquiries and technical questions from prospective/existing customers | |
