When will my order be shipped?

A-

All orders are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment confirmation, except for Holidays and weekends when FSP Group U.S.A. Shipping Department is closed.  For normal business operations, most orders received for in-stock items with payment confirmation before 12PM PST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day!

Q-

How does FSP Group U.S.A. calculate Refund | Store Credit?

A-

General, a full refund would be total invoice cost less shipping cost.  For example, goods=$10, shipping=$5, total invoice cost=$15, a user's full refund would be $10.  Shipping carrier (not FSP Group U.S.A.) collects the shipping service regardless.

Q-

Does FSP Group U.S.A. accepts order cancellation request?

A-

No.  For security and procedural purposes, FSP Group U.S.A. automated processing system and warehouse security management does NOT allow order processing modifications.  However, for manufacturer's defective reasons only and are subject to verification, FSP Group U.S.A. does allow the return of defective product(s) within 15 days from the date of the shipment for a full refund less shipping cost.  Users are always responsible for all shipping cost

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE:  NEW YEAR 2015?

A -

FSP Group U.S.A. Shipping Department will be closed on January 1st, 2015.  All orders submitted on or after December 24th, 2014 at 12:00PM PST, will be processed for shipment on January 5th, 2015. HAPPY NEW YEAR !

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE:  CHRISTMAS 2014?

A -

Shipping Department will be closed on December 25th to 31st. All orders submitted on or after December 24th, 2014 at 12:00PM PST, will be processed for shipment on January 5th, 2015. HAPPY HOLIDAYS !

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE:  THANKSGIVING 2014?

A -

FSP Group U.S.A. Shipping Department will be closed on November 27th and 28th.  All orders submitted on or after November 26rd, 2011 at 12:01PM PST, will be processed for shipment on December 1st, 2014. HAPPY THANKSGIVING !

Does FSP Group U.S.A. accept international orders?

A -

Yes, for as long as purchasers understand and accept these conditions.
1.  All items from FSP Group U.S.A. are shipped with a North America Type AC Power cord, with North America Safety Approved Standards.
2.  All Product Warranty is voided
3.  For items that are NOT featuring Active Power Correction Factor (Active PFC), internationally users must be alert to manually correct input type by switching the available 110V / 220V Input Voltage Switch.
4.  Standard Product Warranty and Repair Service are voided for all items shipped outside of the North America region: this means once the product goes out from our warehouse, we will not authorize any return/exchange request also repair/fixing service will not be warranted for all products purchased.

FSP Group U.S.A. occasionally will offer Free Shipping.  This Free Shipping Offer is always designated for U.S. Continental shipping addresses only, ground shipping method preferred by FSP Group U.S.A., no exceptions.

What carrier does FSP Group U.S.A. use?

FSP Group U.S.A. uses both UPS and FedEx as a standard default carrier to deliver your order.  Either carrier is fully capable of delivering your packages to you in the best, most efficient, secure way possible whether this be through the air or by ground delivery. Please use the Shipping Calculator prior to Check-out to view various shipping options. Regardless on how your goods are shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to track the package to your door!

Is there a shipping discount when multiple items are purchased at the same time?

Yes! The more you buy, the more $$$ you will save on shipping! Our checkout system will automatically combine all of your items into one order for you, providing some of the most competitive shipping prices available! PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU CHECKOUT, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ADD ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER!  ALSO, COMBINED ORDERS CAN ONLY BE DELIVERED TO ONE ADDRESS!

Does FSP Group U.S.A. ship on weekends or holidays?

A -

FSP Group U.S.A. Shipping Department is operating 5 days a week, and does not include weekends or holidays. For example, if you pay for an item on Friday before noon and select Next Day Air, on-time delivery will be Monday not Saturday.

Can I upgrade my shipping service?

Absolutely! We offer our customers the option to upgrade to 1 Day Express, 1 Day Service, 2 Day Guaranteed and 3 Day Guaranteed. Please use the Shipping Calculator prior to Check-out to view various shipping options. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP VIA ONE OF OUR GROUND SERVICES (Ground Saver or Ground 1-6 Days) IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A SHIPPING SERVICE UPGRADE!  (*Please note: Days in transit are calculated beginning on the day following shipment. For example, if payment clears at 10am on Monday and 3 Day Service is selected, shipping will occur on Monday with Tuesday being day 1 in transit, Wednesday being day 2 and Thursday being day 3 and the anticipated delivery date.) Standard and ground services are not guaranteed by a certain date. Please be sure to consider this when selecting your shipping method.

Do I need to be available to receive deliveries from FSP Group U.S.A.?

A signature will be required on any order exceeding $250 or may otherwise specified to ensure that there are no complications with your delivery.

What days of the week does FSP Group U.S.A. deliver on?

A -

Our ground packages are delivered to business and home addresses Monday - Friday. Any orders with shipping upgrades (3 day, 2 day or Next Day) will be delivered Monday - Friday.
