Please include a copy of the original sales invoice.
RMA # will not be issued without invoice number and invoice date.
All returns MUST have RMA # written or labeled on the outside of the shipping carton. FSP Group U.S.A. is not responsible for any damage during shipment transit. RMA process will take about 14 business days.
The above RMA # is issued for the specific product listed. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
RMA will NOT be accepted for units that have been altered in any way.
Altered units received by our warehouse will be shipped back at customer's expense.
RMA # will be voided if the item is not received within 30 days from the original issued date.
Warranty starts from the date of purchase invoice. The serviced product will have a 90-day warranty or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever comes last.

3. Fill out the form, rename the file and save a copy.
4. Click Upload File, choose the file location you just saved. 
5. Click Submit. Done! 

Limited Warranty

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from, but not limited to, any of the following:

  • Wear and tear from normal everyday use.
  • Any modification, disassembly, misapplication, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Removal, modification, or changes of serial number or regulatory labels.
  • Any improper operation, or modification to the power supply and cables.
  • Connection to any improper voltage supply.
  • Opening of the power supply housing.
  • Power supplies that are exposed to liquid, dampness, sand, dirt or excessive debris
