Warranty Policy

FOR MOST FSP MODELS, THE STANDARD WARRANTY PERIOD IS 1-YEAR, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.  PLEASE REVIEW "ADDITIONAL INFO" PORTION OF INDIVIDUAL ITEM TO CONFIRM STANDARD WARRANTY OFFER.

FSP Group U.S.A. warrants its products free from manufacturing defects, in part and in whole, under the following terms and conditions:

Warranted products will be covered in parts and labor for a period of one (1) year, unless otherwise noted per product type, series, model number, model name, and/or manufacturer’s part number, from the date of purchase. FSP Group reserves the rights to provide replacement products in either new, refurbished or remanufactured products, matching or similar model depending on availability, in perfect working condition. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or for thirty (30) days from the date in which product was shipped in return, whichever is longer.

In the event that warranty service is required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by FSP Group Service Center and proof of purchase such as a store receipt or invoice must be made available upon request by FSP Group Service Center.

The standard turn-around time for RMA service is 4-6 weeks from the date when the product is received in Shopfsp.com warehouse. The RMA number issued is valid for fifteen (15) business days from the date when it was issued.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

All returns and services requests require a Shopfsp.com user's account and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, no exceptions.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:  USERS WOULD HAVE A TOTAL OF 15 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE TO OBTAIN A VALID RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER FROM SHOPFSP.COM AND THEN SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO SHOPFSP.COM WAREHOUSE.

YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT DOES NOT HAVE TO ARRIVE IN SHOPFSP.COM WAREHOUSE WITHIN 15 DAYS, BUT IT DOES HAVE TO BE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE SHIPPER (OR SHIPMENT IN TRANSIT) WITHIN THE 15 DAYS LIMIT.  ALL RETURN SHIPMENT MUST HAVE A VALID RMA NUMBER CLEARLY LABEL ON THE OUTER SHIPPING CARTON, NO EXCEPTIONS.  NO RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.

EXCEPT FOR VERIFIED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNS SENT TO THE SHOPFSP.COM WAREHOUSE.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RISK OF LOSS FOR PRODUCT BEING RETURNED, EITHER FOR PRODUCT SHIPMENT TO SHOPFSP.COM AND PRODUCT SHIPMENT FROM SHOPFSP.COM TO YOU.  PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF ALL SHIPMENT RECEIPTS AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER (SHIPPING CARRIER) FOR ANY PROOF OF SHIPMENT REQUIRED OR ANY SHIPMENT INSURANCE CLAIM PURPOSES.

All PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE IF RETUNED IN LESS THAN FACTORY-NEW CONDITION, HEREIN DESCRIBES AS ORIGINAL FACTORY SEALED BOX (NOT OPEN), ORIGINAL INTACT UPC BARCODE, ALL ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES ARE INCLUDED, ARE ALL ORIGINAL PRODUCT DOCUMENTS ARE INCLUDED.

UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE QUALIFIED RETURNED PRODUCT IN LIKE NEW CONDITION WITH STRICT CONFORMANCE TO THE BASIC CRITERIA AND RETURNS POLICY, THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE ORIGINAL PRUCHASE.

PLEASE ALL UP TO 15 DAYS FROM SHIPMENT FOR YOUR RETURN TO ARRIVE AT SHOPFSP.COM WAREHOUSE.  YOUR RETURN WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS, FROM DATE OF RETURN PRODUCT RECEIPT. 

For required product return criteria, please follow these return instructions carefully:

  1. Please include ALL original manufacturer's product packaging and materials, with original UPC barcode intact, no exceptions.
  2. Please include ALL original manufacturer's product accessories (cables, software disks, carrying case, output tips...etc.) and documentations (manuals, warranty | registration cards...etc.)
  3. A valid Shopfsp.com Customer Service issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  4. All returns must be packaged with an outer protective shipping carton, and issued RMA number must be clearly written on the top of the shipping carton.  All of these criteria are absolutely required, with no exceptions.  Any invalid or unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you at your cost.  For further information, please contact info@fspgroupusa.com

FSP Group U.S.A. warranty is non-transferable. This warranty can only be claim by the original consumer purchaser. All transactions must be taken place through authorized FSP Group U.S.A. resellers, retailers, online e-tailers (including Shopfsp.com, a FSP Group Direct website) and distributors, no exceptions.

FSP Group U.S.A. does NOT warrant any product that its original quality check and serial number label/marking has been defaced, modified, or removed.

FSP Group U.S.A. does NOT warrant any product damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from physical damage, abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature. FSP Group U.S.A. does NOT warrant any product, personal, commercial or industrial, unauthorized use such as modification, failure to properly follow instructions included with the product, shipment damages, repair or attempted repair by anyone other than FSP Group Service Center.

FSP Group U.S.A. obligates and liable under this warranty only limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our own discretions.

FSP Group U.S.A. shall NOT be obligates and liable to any incidental or consequential damage including but not limited to damages resulting from interruption of service, delay, and loss of business.

If repair is required, FSP Group U.S.A. reserves the right to perform such repair in accordance to FSP Group Service Center standards. For out-of-warranty products, a service and parts charge will apply. Please contact FSP Group Service Center at 909-606-0960. FSP Group Service Center will provide a repair estimate; include service and parts, per customer approval, prior to perform any repair.

Limited warranty

1. All items from www.shopfsp.com | www.fspgroupusa.com are shipped with a North America Type AC Power (wall) plug, North America Safety Approved AC Power Cord and North America Product Warranty Policy.  

2. Standard Product Warranty and Repair Service are voided  for all items shipped outside of the North America region: this means once the product goes out from our warehouse, we will not authorize any return/exchange request also repair/fixing service will not be warranted for all products purchased. 

3. For items that are not featuring Active Power Factor Correction (Active PFC) with Full Range input,  buyer must be alert to manually correct input type by switching input range, 110V to 230V or vice versa.
